After completing the reservation form, you will receive a confirmation email from info@e-stay.eu acknowledging the receipt of your inquiry.
You will be prompted to complete your payment via credit card, powered by Stripe.
For reservations within 30 days of the arrival date, the full amount must be paid upon booking.
For reservations made more than 21 days in advance, a prepayment of 50% is required, with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation within 21 Days of Arrival: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable.
Cancellation Beyond 21 Days of Arrival: A prepayment of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. In case of cancellation the prepayment is refunded
