Reservation Policy & Payment Terms
Luxury Apartments in Pylos, Messinia
This Reservation Policy applies to all bookings made for our luxury apartments in Pylos, including Studio Centro and Pylos Senses. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Request & Confirmation
First, you submit your reservation request through our online form. However, this step does not guarantee a confirmed booking.
We only confirm your reservation after we verify availability and receive payment. Therefore, your booking becomes valid once both conditions are completed.
After you submit your request, we immediately send you a confirmation email with payment instructions. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
2. Reservation Hold
In order to secure fair availability for all guests, we temporarily hold your selected dates for up to 12 hours after we send your confirmation email.
However, if we do not receive payment within this timeframe, we automatically release the dates and make them available to other guests.
3. Payment Options
We offer two flexible payment options so you can choose what works best for your travel plans.
Non-Refundable Rate (Save 10%)
You receive a 10% discount when you select this option. However, you must complete full payment at the time of booking. Additionally, this rate does not allow refunds or changes.
This option works best if your travel plans are already confirmed.
Standard Rate (Flexible Booking)
You pay 50% when you confirm your reservation. Then, you pay the remaining 50% no later than 21 days before arrival.
This option gives you more flexibility, especially if your plans may change.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
We provide secure and reliable payment methods for your convenience.
You can pay via:
- Bank Transfer (we send details after booking request)
- Credit or Debit Card through a secure Stripe payment link
Additionally, we process all payments through secure systems to ensure safety and reliability.
5. Booking Conditions
When you confirm a booking, you agree to the following conditions:
- Maximum occupancy:
- Studio Centro: up to 4 guests
- Pylos Senses: up to 4 guests
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments
- We do not include breakfast
Furthermore, we expect guests to respect the property, neighbors, and quiet hours.
If a guest violates these rules, we reserve the right to cancel the stay without refund.
6. Pricing & Responsibility
We always display prices clearly per property and per stay. However, if a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before confirming the booking.
Therefore, guests should carefully review all booking details before completing payment.
